From Southeast (Henderson), Northwest (Summerlin) or North

From Hwy 95/515 take the Flamingo Road exit. Travel west for about 3.2 miles. The office is on the right side (North) 1/2 block past Eastern.

From Southwest

From I-15 take the Flamingo Road exit. Stay to the right to get on Flamingo Road heading East. Travel east about 3.2 miles. Turn left at Burnham and a quick right into the parking lot.

West Location

3150 North Tenaya Way, Suite 440

From Southwest

From Hwy 95 Exit West on Cheyenne. At Tenaya (first light) turn left. Turn left into the Mountain View Hospital campus and park in front of the 6-Story medical office building.
