Dr. Andrew Tran is an ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for adults. Dr. Tran specializes in diagnosing, monitoring and treating patients with glaucoma and cataracts.

After earning his Medical degree, Cum Laude, and a Master of Business Administration at SUNY University at Buffalo, Tran completed a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he served as residency morale chief. He then completed a fellowship in Glaucoma at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He has also served as an instructor at the University of Texas, teaching residents basics and advanced techniques in glaucoma and cataract surgery.

Dr. Tran  has lived in various parts of the country including California, New York, New Mexico, Pittsburgh and Dallas. He has working knowledge of both Vietnamese and Spanish. In his free time, Dr. Tran enjoys playing the piano and cycling. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his chihuahua named Spotty. Dr. Tran is excited to enjoy the warm weather, great hiking trails, innovative culture, and friendly people in the Las Vegas area.
